Endeavour High School opened in September 2001 as an amalgamation of two schools. It is situated on a purpose built site close to the city centre and boasts excellent facilities in Sport and the Arts.

Endeavour High School believes that every child be given the skills and aspirations to ensure they achieve throughout their lives as individuals and members of families and communities. The school seeks to ensure that all children are inspired towards a goal of continuous self improvement through a commitment to life-long learning.

The school provides a safe, stimulating and caring environment and, in partnership with the extended community, it will offer the widest range of opportunities for all children. All pupils will be given the skills to make healthy life choices; develop the confidence to take responsibility for their own learning; and to play a positive role in society.

The school is ambitious to achieve Specialist Status in ICT and Digital Media. Its designation as a Media Arts College will provide a robust framework for renewal and success through the sharing of best practice and the provision of new technologies to allow all young people to achieve their potential.
